NOTICE INVITING QUOTATIONS FOR PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTER H/W
Sealed quotations are invited from authorized distributors to provide the following Computer Hardware at Administrative Office of “The Guntur District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Administrative Office, 2/13 Brodipet, Guntur”.

Last Date for submission of QUOTATION FORM is 26.10.2022 and will be opened by the Chief Executive Officer in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to be present on 27.10.2022 at 3 : 00 PM in the office of The Guntur District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Administrative Office, 2/13 Brodipet, Guntur. In case, any holiday on the day of opening, the quotations will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
Terms & Conditions
Warranty : At least 1 Year
All the hardware should carry comprehensive onsite warranty from the date of installation.
- The quoted price should be all-inclusive price (i.e. including excise duty, sales tax, VAT, any other applicable duties & taxes, packing, freight, Technical service / installation charges.
- No loading & unloading charges or transportation / octroi additional charges / fee of any kind will be reimbursed.
- The prices shall be valid for at least four weeks.
- No advance will be paid against purchase order. 100 % payment will be done against proof of delivery of equipment at ADM Office, Guntur subject to production of invoice.
- The quotation shall be submitted in sealed condition only. Lest it should not be considered.
- The quotations received after the above said scheduled date and time will not be considered.
- Submission of Quotation by means of FAX or mail will not be entertained.
- Hardware quantity may be increased or decreased.
- The Bank reserves the right to cancel or call for Fresh Quotations at any point of time, in case any change in technical specifications in the above H/W.
